i have an idea to slow down trading of pins..please read ALL

Okay if you guys read my last post I was saying the pin threads needs to be stopped/closed. Seems not to be working people keep doing it.
so I thought of this idea, idk if mods will approve or not but basically goes like this.

I make new sythe account sell pins, buy pins, without actually buyinh/selling them
Who ever posts wanting to buy should receive a temp ban or how ever you guys would do this.

If I could get everyones support for this it'd be awsome if not fine keep letting people post pin threads with no punishment.

Support only if sellers of pins were banned. Buyers just may be desperate 4 membership.

 

Well it doesn't make a difference because some pins are illegally obtained
I see what your saying though but the mods know what to do
its why they posted the stickies.

 

Upgrades are pins just with a different name and the seller is supposed to apply them, no support.

 

The difference between them if you read my last post pins are illegally obtained, upgrades you actually have to buy them from stores with real cash which means
No negative balances.

I know market mods/admins/everyone else doesn't babysit each section and automatically close but that's not what im looking to do.
Im simply trying to enforce what they post with stickies because they recieve no punishement, but that's simply A GUESS idrk all they do all I've seen is closed threads.

Dunno where you get your info, but Pins and Upgrades are the SAME.

 

The difference is that a Pin can easly be faked and wrong. A Upgrade cant be applyed with a fake Pink thats why there is a rule that people have to sell Upgrades and no Pins.

Actually, I see now that this is baiting users? How can one be sure it is fair? Baiting in general is wrong, but if you say something like "Selling pin 1gp" everyone will post. Even if they wouldn't have otherwise.

Nope. It will never work. And besides the name changed from pin to upgrade for legal purposes. It's not like people aren't using them to upgrade accounts.

 

I dont think that it would make a difference. Sure, you would catch a few people but i'd rather if we focus on banning scammers than pin sellers.

 

This is a ridiculous idea, you personally want to make an account to break the rules to lure people in to do so also so the mods can ban them? No support.

i cant see this being a plausible thing to do. as people said most " upgrades are still pins in disguise and you cant really know if it is or not.
