About my ban ( snus )

My sythe name was Snus.

I got banned beacuse not refunding a guy.

The guy was buying rsgp from me, and earlier ( like 1 day ago before this incident ) he had contacted me, we made a deal and he went first, I payed him the RSGP and later on the money ( paypal ) got recovered.

I thought what the hell and I couldn't really do anything about it, even my paypal got limited.

About one or two days after this incident the same guy contacted me from the same msn. I thought maybe it was a misunderstanding since my paypal got limited in the same time ( had to make a new paypal for new transactions ).
However, before sending the paypal funds he promised me to send it as a gift, and screenshot it ( so I could verify that it really was a gift ). He sended me the money ( with no note attached ) and refused to send me a screenshot.
Before the trade I clearly told him that if he wouldn't send me a screenshot, I wouldn't give him the RSGP. So he didn't and the ammount was the same that he chargebacked.

I imidiately understood that this guy was trying to scam me again so I simply just blocked him, understanding that the funds would get chargebacked and my paypal would get limited again.

Seriously I'm wrongfully banned and I can hopefully provide more proofs if needed. I'm also sorry if this is all a mess, but I did the best I could.
