    I am making a tank.
    My Goal is 99 Range, 79 Prayer, 99 HP, 99 Defence, 99 Mage.
    It will be 109 CB.

    How good will this be?
    Staking at duel arena, could I make alot?

    Thanks

    Currently 75 Range Def HP 60 Prayer with Darkbow and full Arma.

    As Kabal said, you don't need 99 prayer, your current prayer or maybe slightly more would do but 99 isn't needed.

    Well I'm at least getting 74 or 79. Whichever is for the range boost.

    The account would be fine for pking, but duelers typically 1 prayer is the best. You could still find duels though but it would most likely be against other maxed rangers
