I bought accounts and those fuckers recovered, I bought pins before and those fuckers chargedbacked the payments, and got my accounts banned untill I paid negative membership with my own $$, and then theres the old gp scammers. Those fuckers ran off with my real $$ and I didn't get a single gp. I'm willing to pay $0.85 per 1m rsg the red party hat is worth (Street value wise). If you're interested in selling please pm me your msn/skype and post on my thread to confirm any trade we've done for safety reasons.

Yes it does. Basically whatever phone number the fools used to pay for the pin didn't pay the bill. In other words the order (Meaning pin) was never paid and the account suffered negative membership.
