Rsbots.net Question

Recently coming back to Runescape I was checking out their terms of agreement. It says that you can get your auths banned if you bot 2 characters at one time with one auth. How many people has this happened to? I was hoping of botting 2 pures at once, should I just do one at a time to not risk the $18?

If you read further on in their FAQ section, your question would be answered, I'm sure. Mine was. You can bot on 5 accounts for all they care with one auth code. But if TWO SEPERATE IP's are using the bot during one time, your auth WILL be flagged, and disabled because if suspected sharing. If you open 5 bots with one auth code, while on the same computer, you will be fine. But if you give your auth code to your friend or whatever, It will be eventually flagged and disabled by admins. Oh, wow. I didn't read up on a forums FAQ :\, sorry. I remember reading one that had to do with an example of using an auth code at a grandparent's house or something. My mistake. That sucks though.

 

No problem at all. Many people that I know use numerous accounts with 1 auth so I don't believe they are very strict on the rule. I just would rather finish one pure, then move onto the next since botting doesn't take time from my day, nor does the auth code run out. =)

If anyone has had success botting multiple accounts at once with 1 auth please share. If you have had your auth banned for exactly that, also please post.

you can use different bots on dif accounts.

 

As long as it's on the same IP while you're running them your more then likely won't get caught. Most people bot on one auth, this topic comes up regularly and theres always people posting that will tell you how they do it all the time.

It's funny how serious they make it sound on there forums and stuff when people ask, they try and scare you by saying you will get banned if you do it, when in reality they won't even know. I love rsbots.net but they charge more for there scripts yet try and push the dumb 1 auth per account rule. Not cool

 

Quality post, thank you. I'm just feeling cautious about running 2 at one time. It would save me a good 30 days of botting but it could cost me $18. =(

 

Question: Can if you have 2 laptops closer than a meter next to each other, are they "safe" to use the same auth on? or do they have different IP?

Yeah I know, I don't kno much about IP.

 

I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to use diffrent ips. But you can use multiple accounts.
