"Omg you have a virus! click ok!"

Basically i came back from the shower, and i have a window open as soon as i walk back and it's like
"omg you have a virus, exiting out of the page will harm your computer"
So i clicked alt f4, it exits out, and i have a popup from norton that says it blocked the threat
Anyway, i run a scan with malware antibytes, found nothing, ran a scan with norton, found nothing too.
I would system restore, but i just got the computer yesterday, there's no system restore points.
So what do i do? Am i still infected?
Help would be very much appreciated, thanks!

P.S. I know this is the wrong place, although no one looks in the tech support section, and i'm paranoid >.<

Try rebooting your pc in safe mode and perform a full scan. Also you can try checking out your process running on your task manager. Virus usually have weird names such as Oue.exe or something and are small files. You can download this program called Rkill from bleeping computers that helps you terminate known malware running in the background (closes chrome also for some reason)
Here's a link to download it (Direct link will download as soon as you click it)

Or if you want other mirrors/info on the program see

I did run a full scan on norton in safe mode, nothing came up. I ran a scan with malware antibytes, spybot sd, and nothing came up also.
I just got another attack but norton blocked it, idk where it's coming from, it's a brand new computer and i only go on sythe..

I don't want to download any other programs. Norton came with my computer, it's the one that blocked my virus >.>
I ran scans with malware antibytes, norton, and spybot, nothing came up again.
Edit: Uploading my processes, i think MOM.exe is a virus?
    Edit2: Downloading Rkill

I'm assuming it's a pop up since you said "page" and I encountered one of that before.

Don't worry about it, It's those annoying pop ups where you stay too long in a website or tries to leave and they pop out saying stuffs like "GET FREE SURVEYS NOW!! "CLICK"", "ARE YOU LEAVING??! WAIT! IF YOU PURCHASE NOW etcs"

Unless you're using the old crappy version of Internet Explorer, You can't get infected from websites.

Just to be safe, Get AVG with Resident Shield, It'll detect any virus on spot.
Maybe not all but just try it.

No, it opened a new tab and ran a fake antivirus.
