Has anyone been banned for RWTing??

I literally haven't heard of a single person getting banned for RWTing in this post February 1st, 2011-era.

Do you know anybody that has been banned for RWT or have you had an account banned yourself? I'm interested in hearing from the big GP sellers (plznate, h1j2q3, viou, etc) since they would be the most suspicious in Jagex's eyes. If anybody DID get banned, be specific in how you did the trades so people know what NOT to do (and maybe include screenies )

 

You stake the gold and lose the fight/ win the fight. no suspision there

 

Friend says he traded between his main and staker, and said his main his gold was deleted and his staker was banned for RWT.

However, I have not heard anything else from anyone, and I have RWTed over 15 billion in the last few weeks.

 

I've sold a bit over 20b by just saying "free stuff to the first person that trades me" at the ge and giving it to the person that paid me

IMO, Jagex would probably be suspicious of an account that just staked all the time and was always losing money (to people that never staked). Especially if a middleman is involved. Jagex says they look for certain patterns that are typical of RWTers, that definitely seems like one.

 

I haven't heard of anyone being banned since the update, no.

 

Personally what I do, when I buy gold I will say flower game x10 your money, and the seller trades me money. And obviously since the odds suck at winning flower game they lose, then act like they try again etc. I've received around 60m from this, but I have also sold gold where I just say "first to trade gets 50m"

I dont see myself getting banned for this, they seem to be full proof methods.

 

i really havnt thought about this I agree I havnt seen a single thread on being banned for RWT. I remember when reading the Q&A that jagex posted up about RWT and one quest asked "Are we going to be able to give gifts?" And the reply was yes and we encourage that or something?

Maybe that has something to do with it, maybe they accept it more now?

I'm glad someone posted this because I'm about to trans 200m I have made from botting kinda wondering the best way to do it.

 

In my opinion you should do high increments but not all of the 200m at once, through the flower game. Looks more realistic and of you stake a bunch from accs with high level difference it looks very suspicious

 

Yes I read your posts above and thought this was a good idea. Since the moeny is going to my main I really cant stake a level 30 against a level 125 and let the 30 win.. Looks way too obvious.

I been helping my friends transfer and he would just gimme the money he gets on with his other account and I just give it back. Nothing has happened with that and we have transfer over 60m that way.

 

Other than the 10 or so emails I've gotten about being banned for RWT :lol: I haven't had anything happen, about 200m transfered/bought thus far.

 

i have just straight traded over 2b..... i did not try any special trading method or anything...i just do direct trading and have not had a single problem

BEWARE!
I'm getting e-mails from "Jagex ltd" and "Jagex LTD"
Telling me to "activate" my account before it's suspended because of rwting, and it takes me to a phishing site such as secure.runespape.com or something like that

 

Been directly trading over mills and mills and no problem whatsoever.

 

Sold about 700m so far, no methods to avoid getting caught, as stupid as it sounds, and no ban so far. I wonder if Jagex are delaying the ban.

The first time I did it we did Conquest (the pest control minigame). I've only done 2 gold sales but both went smoothly without any issues.

 

Maybe Jagex is delaying the bans or they will be massbanning again. Idk know untill now everything seems ok.

 

Nope i haven't heard of anyone as of lately either. I suppose there happy now sure there even reinstateing old banned accounts for some members, it's all about the dosh i suppose, because they stated that any negative credit on a banned account will need to be paid to be removed. For anyone that recieves this option. It's beginning now or sometime in March it says on rs forums.

 

I've been selling small amounts for direct trade, as well as xfering between bots and mules.

No bans so far.
