Any good firecape tutorial videos?

I've never, ever done a firecape before. Seeing as 6/8 times I've tried to purchase one on Sythe I've been scammed, I'd like to finally learn how to do it myself.

So does anyone have any really good video tutorials for first timers? I can find out the general equipment I need from youtube, but I can't seem to find any really solid videos that explain everything.

My stats are 85 defence, 93 range, 91 hp, and 70 prayer (which I think is alright for learning with?)
