    I was required to submit documents to continue selling, i submitted and got perm banned . No reason was shared i open a ticket that ticket has been closed with this response (we regret to inform you that your ban appeal has been denied.
    As mentioned in our Terms of Service, it is Eldorado.gg's right to decline membership on the site ) username is ibnehaider i have 100+ feedbacks
    In my case there is no order I'd or scamming attempt i got banned just after submitting cnic and selfie ...

    Yes but my issue is still their ...
    I've got ban for no reason and live support team replied (we regret to inform you that your ban appeal has been denied.
    As mentioned in our Terms of Service, it is Eldorado.gg's right to decline membership on the site ) ..
    I submitted the documents for verification and got perm ban

    The response i received is
    '' Your account has been identified as suspicious and was permanently suspended by our system.
    Unfortunately, no information as to why that happened can be disclosed. Sorry about the inconvenience.
    Please refer to our Terms of Service (4.4 paragraph) ''

    In short they can perm ban your account anytime , it's totally risk .. it takes long to get good reputation and after few years of reputation i got ban ...
    Not recommended anymore

    According to their t&c they can perm ban you anytime without sharing any reason ...
    No appeals no sythe conversation nothing will work here ... You can lose your years of reputation without any reason ..
