Explanation of the trade: I bought hundreds of tut accounts from Cooks server for the purpose of building accounts to bot.

How they scammed: All these accounts are now being registered, to random emails not my own. I go to log in and they're already registered, built accounts included.

I dont want money or a refund this report is solely to shed light on this dude as this isn't the first report.

Scum bag for sure, as I find it funny only the built accounts got registered and not the level 3s.

Buyers beware dont do business with this clown or hold any wealth on accounts you've bought from this dude.

You make a 'scam' report, with ZERO evidence pointing towards me, no required outcome, is this not the definition of slander..?!

Why would I even attempt to tarnish my name for zero gain, the account is worth more by me SELLING it than taking a plunge and hoping for some sort of stab in the dark to attempt a recover on a random account out of the 25K accounts sold since March. Since then, I've had 3 KNOWN issues (one on here) which have all been resolved, amicably. I have zero interest in what people do with the accounts once they’ve sold, nor do I keep any information of username/logins/passwords to 'keep track of built accounts'.

Change the passwords/register the accounts, if you're seriously into botting, there are multiple platforms that can do this, on mass, for you - it's basics (bang that drum).

The personal vendetta you have against me is literally laughable, in the other report you recently made, you dragged me into it (for no reason at all), the dispute was between you and another person, not me. The issue you reference in it was being handled by myself and the other party, you had zero need to put my name in it.

Not a lot else is required to be said.

What more proof do you need than them being tuts I bought from you and now they’re registered by someone other than me, to tell me I need to register them as I use them is dumb because some of them I sell and no one wants to buy a registered account, they have no wealth on them so they’re going on the dumpster. I have no personal vendetta I honestly could care less about you, I don’t want money or replacements this is simply to just shed light and earn others. Take it how you will that’s all.

The proof would be something tying me recovering these, which again - I have not done, that is the proof required here.

Do not slander someone because you have a personal vendetta against them, it is not a good look.

Not in his server anymore so no access to that, these were bought some time ago, I’m not seeking any kinda of compensation just wanted to shed light on it.

"Anyone who wishes to sell an account must maintain "recovery responsibility" (they must refund their buyer if the account is recovered or becomes locked and they are unable to unlock it) for at least a month after the sale. If you are an account seller and you do not specifically mention your recovery responsibility in your Terms of Service, by default you have recovery responsibility for two years."

After reading your terms of service, I see that you don't have a mention of a specific time period that you would be responsible for the account. If you had a separate terms of service when selling the accounts to Bkent, please post the screenshots with proof. @cookdw__

 

He's already said he doesn't want any refund or replacement or anything of the sort? So how do we move forward from here...

Who else has access to these accounts that you sold @cookdw__ ? Do you have workers or are you the only person with the details to these accounts?

@BKent and same question to you, did you share these accounts' information with any of your workers?

 

Negative, I built them to be DS2 accounts and they got banned in the process so I planned to sell them at a discounted price then realized they are now registered, in other words not sellable

 

Myself and my co-owner, nobody else has access to this list. I do not employ any workers or anything, it's just the two of us.

Can I ask why we're even entertaining this 'report', how does his 'evidence' even suffice the time spent on this so far? He's clearly stated in his original post, that he doesn't want anything to come from this, he is just attempting to slander my name all over Sythe.

Who's to say he hasn't registered the account HIMSELF in an attempt to push this onto me (with his history of 'beef' to other people I know, I wouldn't put it past him).

We are entertaining this report as it's not the first time someone has complaints. If he doesn't want a refund that is completely fine, it doesn't necessarily mean that you won't be punished.

Due to the fact that you are responsible for the recovery of these accounts for 2 years, since you did not specify the amount of time you would be responsible for these accounts you will need to help @BKent recover the accounts and register it to his email.

 

Sorry, I'm so lost with how you can 'punish' someone with zero evidence pointing this to me? I have not registered, attempt to register, log on, recover, take wealth off, or anything with any accounts sold, I have no interest in this, as said - having repeat business is what is more valuable to me (as a business) than attempting to recover accounts...

The account hasn't been 'lost', he still has it in his possession, so what exactly am I recovering here...?

 

You need to help him remove those current emails off of the accounts so he can attach his personal emails. You as the original owner should be able to do that. If you are not able to, you will have to refund him, if he dosen't want a refund the money can be sent to the community repayment fund.

 

Who's to say he hasn't put these emails on himself out of interest, can you answer me that, as you did not answer it in the post above?

If he can provide proof that they accounts supplied by MYSELF and HE HAS NOT applied the email himself, I will happy help him (not that he wants it).

Is that not fair? There has been no proof that they are even my accounts supplied.
