    Bought 325m gold from them. They asked me to provide a photo of my ID and I said no, I want a refund instead. I'm sick of sending Chinese companies my US documents. They have no purpose to have them. If you're afraid of chargebacks, you shouldn't be selling your product then. Anywho, they have been saying "12 hours" for the last 4 days. I've filed a dispute with PayPal and they haven't responded to that. Here's a photo of me on live support 10 minutes ago. They say the same thing - 12 hours. They then closed the chat and now it won't load to speak to anyone again unless I go on a VPN, so it appears they have now IP banned me from their live support chat.
