    How they scammed: I paid an amount upfront, he let me wait several months said he will refund me but blocked me in the end. stripe didnt care about it thats why i am posting here

    Did you attempt to charge back the money? If so, please post a screenshot of the result - you can and should censor sensitive information such as names.

    Has anything happened since your last conversation in April that we should know about? Was that your last conversation? No successful charge backs, or any form of settlement?

    No i didnt agree to any TOS. I attempted months ago through stripe but it was umsuccesful as they told me to do it through the credit card company. The issue is it was a debit credit card and the company told me its too long ago(i waited 2 months for bubly to finish his work or refund me). This on the screen was the last conversation between me and him. He gave me an ETA of like 1 week in the beginning and it ended with me being blocked after waiting 2 months. I just kept hearing excuses from him. If necessary i can provide the entire chat log between me and him from these 2 months of waiting.

    Please try to substantiate anything you say with an evidence.

    This must be public, but you can PM it to me, or provide it via a post report, and I will select only the relevant parts if you wish.

    I'll go ahead and give a brief response as I'm going to bed soon and also don't particularly care to assist here. I will outline a couple of points though.

    1. I've done an extensive amount of work for different customers, from individuals to organizations. From time to time you will end up working with someone like him - which to an extent is a pretty similar situation to the other report filed against me. Some customers are stupid, some are unnecessarily argumentative, and (as is the case here), some are both.

    2. Again similar to the other report filed against me in the past, this guy was not particularly clear about what he wanted. Despite that, I tried going out of my way to work on solutions with him - he still changed what he wanted after the order had already begun, although I'll admit it is my mistake for not just telling him to piss off as soon as that happened.

    3. I had no issue with providing him with a refund. I stayed in communication with him, always told him that if he had any issues he was free to contact me. However he'd typically message me and if I didn't respond in a few hours (ya know, almost like I could be sleeping or busy) he'd start insulting me (can just refer to the screenshots HE posted for evidence of this, but he definitely didn't post the full extent of how much of a spastic he was being).

    4. If someone is going to be an asshole I'm not going to continue working anything out with them, regardless of what the situation is. I'm under no obligation to deal with that. If an IRL business owed you a refund or something, but you start calling their office to call them a poor faggot because you haven't received the refund yet, it's now your problem and they aren't under any obligation to continue assisting you or contacting the payment processor to see if there was an issue.

    Edit: This guy is definitely dumb enough that I would not at all be surprised if he got the refund and didn't realize it. Without seeing an unaltered bank statement, really no way to tell.

    If Sythe mods state that a refund is required here I'll issue one (via a different payment method, I no longer have access to the Stripe account this transaction was done through). The only issue I have with this is that he absolutely could've disputed it through his bank and got the money back if Stripe didn't send his refund - I genuinely have no way of knowing at this point.

    If anyone thinks that I was in the wrong for blocking him though they are as dumb he is.

    @BlackBlasses if a refund ends up being required or more information is absolutely necessary from my end please let me know.

    Here is proof of what he and me agreed on in beginning and him telling me it will take about a week, there is also proof that he was letting me wait one month for a refund. This guy is a complete liar.

    18.3.2024 he told me he will message me and tell me where the bot script is, as of today this still didnt happen. So yeah the only dumb liar here is bubly, he tought he could get away with it

    Yeah this guy is even joining discord servers that I am in and flaming random people.

    He went on a tirade calling me a drug addict (hilarious to anyone who knows me), calling people in my discord server monkeys, saying that I should be stabbed, etc.

    If the staff team decides that any money is owed I would definitely hope that this is taken into consideration and that the money could go towards the community repayment or something (I know that's not how it works, this guy just isn't a good person).

    Well, im not going to be a good person towards you after you scammed me. What has this to do with this report? This report is about you grabbing my cash and not providing any work. Do you have any evidence that you refunded me or provided the work? You didnt provide anything, neither do you have the right to decide what you do with my money that you owe me. The mod saw our entire chat log, you ignoring me for days then giving me excuses, this was going for several weeks. Its clearly you who is not a good person, a liar nothing more.

I was asking you for 3 weeks for a refund as shown on screen recording to the mod today. Also stop talking shit that i said i would stab you.     Funny thing is some people in your dc called you a lazy money grabber and that you recently were begging for donations. This is not the first time i hear you having financial problems, see your report from february. This was probably the reason you scammed me. Also you told me in march that you issued a refund which never came, so who is the bad guy here
