Recoveries you can change, but not the originals. Same goes for passwords.

So basically you have a username.

If he told you the original recoveries, they could be a lie.
If he told you the original passwords, they could be a lie.

Wait a few days, get another IP adress. And try it again.
Also write in the text box, that u are the right owner, and try to recover it back after a few weeks of a hacker.

From experience I have had an account that got locked for over a year. I tried sending in one thousand appeals at once and got denied every time. After that I never tried it until about a year later. Same info and got it back. But I doubt you want to wait a year. So give it like a week or so is my advice before you send in anymore.

As long as your account has had more access in the IP you are holding, then you will have more chance of recovering it, and you'll need to beat how much details he has.

 

How can you use an OMM or expect him to go first when he can't even access the account that has the gold he's offering?

 

Ok this is what you got to do to help increase your chances and this sums it all up.

1. Say Recover with email
2. they will send you a verification Code to improve your chances use it.
3. They will then send you to the Recov page.
4. (this is opional but it will improve your chances greater) Get A new I.p
5. Put in the information you have.
6.MAKE EXCUSES FOR THEM TO BELEIVE YOU! Such as the following:
I had a trojan hack my pc and take my pass
I got a email saying it was from Jagex Ltd telling me that my account is locked and i need to recov it but it was a trojan.
7. The key is to get the Jagex Staff to get there attention.
The bot goes over the information you provided but the bottom part the Jagex Staff read it and when it comes down to it, it is the Jagex Staffs decision to unlock the account or not.
