Recovering an old account.

I tried to recover an old account which password I forgot, it still had my e-mail connected, but unfortunately they denied my appeal.

What shall I do now? Try again, or is there a trick to let you change your pass through email?

I don't know, it was some low level F2P pure, but had some decent ammount of cash and some nice stats :/

 

Go to "Forgotten Password" and use your email address to set a new one if your email is still set in the account.

 

I've tried this, I still have to fill in my Security questions, previous passwords etc

 

usually if your the original owner and your recovering it from the same isp/location you can recover with just first passwords, relatively accurate creation date, and isp.

 

Hmmm... didn't have to before from what I remember. Just keep trying appealing and you might just get lucky. Anyways, there is no other way to recover. Sorry, your out of luck.

 

keep trying untill you get it. try to remember all the info u can.

 

I think the next best thing is go on the fourms and ask a mod to help out ... but thats unlikely >.<
