Scammer Report on impzzz

This kid scammed me out of around $24 and I have excellent proof to back up my statement and I am pretty sure he scammed others also. What happened was that, he sent me the payment as "Owed" yesterday saying that he is using a german version of paypal and that there is no gift option and so he sent it to me as "Owed" payment and he seemed pretty legit till now. As I log on to Paypal today to see what's up, I see my balance for USD go negative, I can show an image of that if a staff member needs it. Anyways, so then I went to see why he disputed and it said that he wasn't the one who sent the payment and that he doesn't know anything about it, when he actually does... What I am asking for is to get this pathetic kid out of Sythe for good.

I seriously don't know how to prove that... :S

As you can see the dispute was the same amount as I asked for in MSN, I have no possible way to contact him as he probably blocked me... Other people also sold gp to him, so their report should show up also.

Don't know what to do.
