What can i do if i paid for to buy some gifts and i think the guy i bought it from is using stolen cc or paypal ?

he also said something about supplier and he will ask him to get some of the gifts i requested.
is there anything i can do before steam disables the account or take the games out ???

Dunno where is Xel, not logged into MSN from ages also, huh.

 

It's easy to get the Account re-enabled if "Bad Gift" is the reason.
Just contact Steam Support claiming that your friend gave you the gift and start shitting.
