You can tell because the forum it was copied from abbreviates long URL addresses by setting the text within the url tag to a concatenation (using an ellipsis) of the two ends of the url. He simply copied and pasted this guide from the other location causing the url's in the guide he posted to simply show the url text from the other users guide instead of the actual url. Clearly the pictures posted prove this was a shoddy copy/paste job from another website.
