Report him. And I think you'll either get a refund or you're acc back

 

I'm a little confused.. you want the guy you bought it from to refund you, since your "friend" basically stole the account from you?

That seems a bit unfair, don't you think? I recently had an account locked and used the correct recovery information and was denied because I wasn't the original owner. So it's quite possible he gave you correct information.

 

This is the one thing i hate about staff. Only Kero and Gohan reply to pms, the rest don't care unless you say you're giving them money or they're profiting off of you.
File a scam report until he gives you the money back.

 

I'd report it if it's been 2 days with no reply.

To be honest, I'm sure they get FLOODED with Pms, so you can't really blame them.

 

File a report, even if he's missed it out of chance, a scamming report will surely catch his attention.

 

This I definitely have to agree with. Kero is an amazing mod, and so is Gohan.

I guess you should just file a scam report for now, I'm sure that will get his attention so you can ask for help. Although I still don't see how it's the ex-mods fault you got the account stolen.

 

^ Its not his fault the account was stolen, but it was under the conditions that I bought the account ALONG with working recovery information. I couldn't even recover the account with my own recovery questions and my email.

Also, the account is now either in his or his IRL friends possession (The only two who have ever owned the account). I know this because it is now unlocked, and it was locked.

 

File a scam report even if he's a Ex-Mod. To tell you the truth, they are both probably going to deny having the account and will say that they cannot remember the recovery information. Anyways, best of luck to you and hope you get back your account.

A lot of mods do get a lot of PM but so do Gohan and Kero, they seem to be able to handle it more because they check it the moment they receive it so they don't get flooded, others just leave it for later and that's why they're flooded. They are not getting paid for their hard work as a staff so I won't be whining.

Well if it's now unlocked and he hasn't contacted you, then file a scam report. Sounds like he/his friend unlocked it and he's not telling you.
