Buying a main (130++ lots of reqs) [RSGP]

ok so im buying a main from trusted mems/mods only. the account must have 99 str 99 atk 99 def 99 hp at least for me to even consider. Having While Guthix Sleeps and Void stares back are huge plusses. Also high prayer wouldnt hurt. Im looking to buy a clean account (As in no bank). Spending up to 150m.
Heres the terms and conditions:

I have a 127, not currently for sale on sythe, but for the right price I would definetly be willing to part with it. However, it is only 99 91 97, so I'm not sure if this would interest you. The account is cleaned and has 293 quest points.

I would happily use an OMM and let them go through all the security checks.
