Jagex is really taking legal actions !

A friend on mine's account was banned for the same thing years ago, and it said the exact same thing. Nothing ever happened to him, so don't worry too much.

wow that sucks lol , but i would say that there is a few stolen paypal transactions or rsgold running through this site and on rs and acc stealing its everywhere ,they havint really done anything about it if u ask me lol but looks like there starting to get more serious

 

I believe that they had always sent that message to hijacked accounts. But they never do anything. There just trying to scare you by using the big scary "Illegal" word. Don't think nothing of it.

 

Isn't that the same thing as hacking someone?

Lol I reported someone hijacking my account for 151m on the forums to jagex in their thread.. Hopefully this happens to the guy that hacked me.

Sounds a bit dodgy because you normally get that from phishing / keylogging people's accounts.

 

They cant do anything, not every country has the same law... lol

Tis what you get for phishing/keylogging, i only think they press charges if you are doing this to massive amounts of accounts.

They won't do anything. They probably don't even know your address. You can't really do much with an IP, other than call up the ISP and try to get them to give the person's address, which will NOT happen unless they have a court order.. which they won't get "hay judge sine this supeena, dis kid stoel a rs acc" LAWL.
