Paypal Dispute

Recently, I sold a Santa to a person for $88
He paid for it with this note
"I am paying for goods I have already received and am satisfied with. . Sent using the PayPal Mobile application."

But now he opened a dispute and now I have -$88 on my paypal.
The dispute was opened as a unauthorized payment.
I don't know what to do, please help

and best to do is contact paypal and discuss it :0 But however it will be unlikely that you willl get your funds back as they cannot recover or assist in virtual currency trades

Anyway, I heard you can't send payment as a gift on a phone. And if this is the case, your most likely screwed :noworry: I lost a dispute when someone sent the money from their phone too.

If your paypal is bank funded call them and tell them what happened. I got my money back in 24 hours when calling them.

 

Doesn't matter how he sent it.
If the PayPal he paid with was a hacked PayPal, you're fucked.

Just go ahead and click "Provide Shipping Information"
Then click the "Upload Files" or w/e, and then select "Write to PayPal" or some option similar to that.

Go ahead and explain you sold virtual goods, etc.
If the guy isn't hacked you'll win the case.

 

No, I'm absolutely sure that he wasn't hacked.
But he payed it through paypal mobile

Ditto. I Just lost a dispute for $205. Paypal really don't care about sellers. Google paypal sucks and that website may help you.
