Auto Recover with Email?

Ok, so I recently recovered one of my accounts that was hacked, and the hacker immediately hacked it back. I then recovered it and removed his email, but I am assuming he hacked it back with email?

I then tried to do this with one of my accounts which was hacked and it locked the account?

How can I get it unlocked? I have the Recovery Questions and Email. And Im working on getting previous pass, isp, ect.

 

When an account is locked, they don't look for if you know the recovery, they mainly look for original info, like when it was created, you're first membership, you're first passwords, etc. So if you know all of those, you can get it back easily

 

In the extra details at the bottom of the page when you recover it I always add super old passwords/super old membership transactions/ISP/IP address and oldest recoveries.
Email helps a lot I must say.

 

In your case you really need to be the OO. Even if you have information, it will get unlocked immediately if you enter it from the original I.P. address or one in the same area. Locked account=/= recovery.

 

When an account is locked, Jagex doesn't care about email or recoveries. In most cases, Jagex will wipe the email and recoveries when the account is locked. You need the creation info such as the first password and Creation Year+Month (Month isn't needed but is helpful) and the ISP. Also if it was member you will need the contact details.
