The account is a level 109 with 80 dungeoneering and a chaotic rapier which has 89% left. The account also has dragon gloves and a torso. There is Hati paws in the bank with 20% of them remaining.
The account also has some other good stats like 89 strength and 82 woodcutting as well as 95 fishing.

80 dung is nice and stuff, but honestly its not worth 50-60m theres no 99s..

 

Just because their is no 99's doesn't mean the value should decrease. Their aren't that many level 109's with a rapier and it can do well in staking. There are some good skills trained like agility for godwars, fishing now being 96, DT done etc.
