    He was buying 200m.
    I offered to sell him 28m for $1 each. He asked me to announce on Runescape that I was giving free money so I did. He then traded me I gave him the 28m. He then told me that because it was a German Paypal account it would take time to come through then asked if I wanted it a direct bank transfer PP USB and I said yes then He went offline on both runescape and on msn.

    Wasn't able to find any proof to back up your report (He was very clean with his email) I have however, after doing some digging, discovered some fake vouches. Banned.
