If you're going to thief for some cash, possibly consider getting your agi up so you can 4x more commonly from the master farmers.

Besides that you could always try some Deaths rc if you have the quest done.

 

Get higher hunter level, and hit up Puro Puro.

2m an hour sometimes, definately 1m an hour most of the time when your Hunter level is above 91.
