Scammed by DIICE

K, so I chatted with DIICE about his $20 steam account located here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1044775 I sent him a payment of 20cad. He said he never received it, even though i still got an email from paypal saying it went through.. He said try again, they will refund you.. I believed him so i did it a second time.. Still didn't receive it, so he told me to try usd which i than did. Finally he said it went through.. With that im assuming the other payments will get refunded.. Well no emails saying they have... Than also when i try the account he gives me with the password, it fails to log in.. when i ask him about it, he claims i scammed him because i reported the fraud to paypal after the account didn't work, which put a hold on the money.
