I'd say, leave the game for a couple of weeks.
Plan for when you're coming back and set yourself some fairly realistic goals.
Then once you've achieved them set even higher goals and so on.

Deep down inside you got bored bro. I got bored, I'll admit it. Thats why I bot, I'm not telling you to bot nor suggesting it, All I'm saying is that i bot because i got bored of Runescape. Maybe find a different game, thats what i did for a couple of years, until this game was made fun again with the release of the wildy. Hope I helped

I totally understand.. Usually I make friends with some noobs that do stuff all the time and yea. Takes away some of the boredum and I just do wahtever they're doing

 

I felt exactly the same for ALONGGGGGGGGGG time but now I've got back into it a bit but still don't play it as hardcore as I used to.

 

Take a 2 or 3 week break, has happened to me many times. Never fully quit though, cause you'll always come back to RS one way or another.

I think the word you're looking for is "motivation", "work ethic" describes being honest and genuine in your work, not really a desire to play and grind skills. There's not much you can do to get motivated again other than take a break for rs or do something different, like boss hunting or staking or pking. If you still want high skills but don't wanna go through the time, another viable option is botting.

Try joining an RS ventrilo or teamspeak to talk to other players while you're doing whatever.

This. ^ I've done it numerous times and it helps, and to be honest, try a pker, you got money. Make a pker, it's lots of fun and the more you achieve the better you feel. It's a great feeling to have a "ownage" pker and to be good at it. If thats not your bag, make a skiller, or try doing something for money, or something fun on RS on your account instead of training all the time. Staking/Pking is there for a reason.

etheir take a break for a while or make a pure (pures are very fun to make since u hit high in early levels and see how ownage u get )

 

start doing boss killing.
