Okay, I'm going, point by point.

1st point
Two weeks ago I was reported “self Vouch” perfect, I accepted the verdict because I had no proof to affirm and I didn't know what to tell my clients to create an account and leave me a vouch was illegal. Anyway. I don't want to continue with this one, I already got my sanction and I don't want to repeat this again and I even asked how long I should wait to request the withdrawal of my TWC rank.

2nd point
a few days ago i log in to pump my announced 2-3 am in my local time and it turns out that my i was sanctioned for a thread with my name written in it. ok they sanction me, they just take proof that it was in the same region and ready I was sanctioned for that and escalated from a twc to a dnt, I understand very well that they want to enforce the rules it seems perfect, but in my region or country there are 23 states, the truth I do not know if someone tried to impersonate or it was just a coincidence, as I explained, my internet provider only provides me a fixed ip so I can not change it or anything like that plus it is the only internet I have in my house so I ask what should I do? I really don't know what to do, send and send form?

It does not belong to me, and even if I could create a new account I can not do it because as I have said repeatedly my internet provider does not allow me to change my ip so it will always be the same, even after I entered with the current account “no pk me” I had not created post yet and I wanted to create a new account to have the name of my discord and I can not because my ip is homologated to the account “no pk me”.

for that reason I am trying to clarify to be completely honest if it were me I honestly would not be here.
