I'm inviting everyone to post their "Sythe Logs" here. Basically a timeline of from when you joined Sythe until now. Feel free to add events you feel important and update your log. I'm interested to see how this goes.


Here's mine:

 

March 2007- Joined to Troll
February 2011- Still trolling

 

May 2010 - Looking to find a goldsite to buy a pumpkin stumbled across Sythe.

October - Made a competition for members who donated to Sythe Via Paypal(spyike)http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=931679

December - Tried MMing for the first time, Also started a PS3 competition.

January - Requested ban due to irl problems

Febuary - Paypal is Gay.

 

Jan 2011 - Spam
Feb 2011 - Spam

 

Dec 2009 - Joined to buy an account with 99 hunter

feb 2, 2010 - left for 75 or so days due to getting bought accts recovered, had 500 posts

april 30 or so, 2010 - came back after a break and started to get more into site discussions. Had a TWC and got it reversed.

may, june, july, august 2010- Got active around sythe and started MM'ing. Became $100 donor through spyike.

Sep 2nd 2010 - Promoted to OT mod @ 2,000 posts

Sep 30th 2010 - banned for evasion

Oct 2nd 2010 - Unbanned and reinstated to staff

Dec 3rd or so 2010 - Promoted to global mod

Feb 2011 - became a $200 donor and MM'd over 30 Billion GP

Feb 28th 2011- Got OMM @ 9269 posts

March, april and may - who knows

March 2010 - January 2011: Forgot everything, but had a lot of stuff happen.
Feb 2011 - Awake and alive.
Feb 2050 - Still alive.

 

Oct 2008 - I joined Sythe.org for the scar section, as "I W C M O R E", ended up doin' a shit ton of trades, got 1k+ post's, blah blah blah....

Nov 2009 - I hadn't " WC " more than anybody in forever, was sick of being called the woodcut guy, my name is Rich, so -R-I-C-H- was created....

Mar 2010 - Donated $50 @ like 200 post.

Jan 2011 - Donated $50 @ like 800 post.

Feb 2011 - same ol' shit, but a different day...

April 2005 - Tried to go on RuneCMS.com and was surprised that it now redirected to Sythe.org, which used to be a little personal website but was now a whole forum @_@; registered.

Till August 2005 - Started learning Visual Basic 6 and bugged the hell out of MittenZ, Laura and Cruel with my n00b questions

August 2005 - Sythe.org goes down for a whole month because of DNS problems. Renegade made Sythe.info as a "backup", but refused to take it down until he was remodded on Sythe.org. To the best of my memory, Sythe complied.

September 2005 - Took a break from Sythe.org for a bit.

January 2006 - Came back to Sythe.org with much better programming knowledge than I had back in April 05 and became known as one of those people who could answer questions and stuff

Till July 2006 - Made a ton of crappy little autos and stuff which worked but weren't really useful.

July 2006 - Sythe.org upgraded to vBulletin; I QQ over losing 100-ish posts as he needed a less-recent database backup for it to work

Till Sep 24, 2006 - Autos and stuff as usual, made a few friends on staff including Tilex, x9 and x0x0 Lt.

Dec, 25, 2006 - Huge drama-fest when x0x0 Lt was demodded, Jansen stuck up for him, and got deadmined, and everyone said that I'd be getting global next

Jan 2007 - Sythe.org gets hacked and Sythe restores an 8-month old database backup. I got pissed off that about 5 other people got admined for being online and on IRC at that time and I wasn't.

Till Sep 2007 - Modding as usual, I get LOTS of support for admin on-and-off staff (Steph even told me later that I had been her next choice for admin )

Summer 2008 - Step down to pursue other interests (girl *cough*) which unfortunately didn't work out, so I came back later.

August 2008 - Steph was rudely and abruptly demoted without any notification whatsoever. I was angry that I had been on MSN and AIM that entire day and there had been no attempt to include me whatsoever in the discussion that led to it:

Till March 2009 - Stupid team lead system is introduced and Finn, myself, and many others vehemently oppose it until it's removed.

March 2009 - I get deadmined for inactivity and I'm so busy with other things that I don't really care at the time.

Late 09/Early 10 - I come back as a global for a short time then get demoted for inactivity.

Late 10 - I come back as a global and stay active, then get back to my old spot as admin

Early 11 - ???

 

2006 - lurked, created some account who's name i can't remember (something like lookslikeyou'reabouttogetpwn3d or something, it was retarded)
may 2007 - created this account, wasn't extremely active until late 07
december 2008 - get a PM from Viper asking if i wanted to be a market mod
january 1 and 2 2009 - get promoted, hacked, banned for stuff the hacker "scammed"
late january - get unbanned due to lack of proof that anything was scammed
march-aprilish 2009 - get promoted to RS mod, eventually get switched to off topic and WoW mod
may-juneish 2009 - get global
septemberish 2010 - requested demotion to off topic mod
october 2010 - left for a bit
january 2011 - returned to staff

 

Jul 07 registered on sythe.org, and got scammed by jaamal for a ancient pure RS account and by Gummybear for a skiller. Left.

Came back late 07 to sell some other accounts.

Took a break.

Came back sometime in 08 to sell another account.
Left.

Came back in 09 and stayed. Sold $500 worth of RuneScape accounts.
