Some Scammers have absolutely no morals

I got IM'd on MSN by an imposter of a well known member of Sythe, who I won't specify. The moment he messaged me, I knew he was an imposter because I talked to the real deal earlier (go figure). I asked this imposter if he would swear on his mom's life that he wasn't going to scam me. The guiltless mother fucker said he'd risk the lives of each member of his family as a promise that he won't scam, which obviously is a lie. This greatly disturbed me, that someone would wager so much over fucking virtual gold. FFS, Runescape is just a game. Although I was just a stranger, it still bothered me that someone could say such a thing just to gain some gold on a stupid game.

 

He's probably an orphan.

 

...or maybe he's not superstitious and doesn't give 2 fucks about whether or not some kid across the world is judging him over virtual currency.

I also find it disturbing the lengths that some people will go for pixels. Just the other day someone on sythe posted about how a phisher obtained a bunch of real life details but couldn't get at the gp the person had in their bank because of their PIN; the hacker then proceeded to blackmail the person by hacking their facebook and threatening to go into their bank accounts if the person didn't surrender their gold.
Absolutely sickening.

@The guy who said something about blackmailing and pixels and whatnot above me; you act like if you knew how to do it you wouldn't. Morals have nothing to do with anything here. No one here is supposed to be trading and you run the risk of being scammed. This is against the rules of rs or what ever game your here for to help protect in the halt of scammers.

Coming here is your own risk getting scammed is your own fault no one elses
