i belive that it is but there may have been another acc that was used to search forums. been so long though so unsure if it was a different acc.

made a new acc and was scammed 400m so reported and got banned for previous event due to IP link.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Had an acc i bought get locked the day i got it and withheld 50m osrs as i believed i wasnt at fault and didnt know how to respond due to no clear TOS from the seller , this includes recovery responsibility. as to this date i am uncertain if there is anything i can do as an acc i bought in 2021 was locked/banned within 24 hours of purchase,

i would love some clarity around this matter as i belive the TOS of selling an account and recovery responsibility were not upheld, acc was never unlocked for me so therefore i shouldnt have to pay the 50m to clear this, if @gerb ever responds i would be happy to discuss this matter with them to find a solution all parties are happy with.

I should have replied to the thread leading to my dnt at the time and we would of been able to resolve it but i was young and dumb and missed the chance, i have seen the wrong in my ways and will strive to be more upfront and clear.

i am sorry about my actions, i would love to be welcomed back into the sythe forum, in the 3 years since this minor incident i have grown and matured and tried to be an honest functioning member of sythe, i hope to continue this trend if i am unbanned

Sorry if this new thread isn't the right way to proceed but I was wondering regarding my repayment if I could put foward the 50m gp that was agreed on between myself and Gerb, this would be instead of 25 usd btc as I don't have the money to afford the minimum purchase of btc in nzd here (100nzd) and would be left with around 50usd of btc that would be stuck in my wallet (exodus) due to minimum transaction amount.

If this is okay get in contact with me and I can organise to trade in game.

If this is not okay let me know how long I have to pay to the community fund.
