    Today's a depressing day for me too.. Major headache, and all kinds of things wrong. I'd message you, but I'm going to lay down for a bit. I hope you feel better bro!

    Hey man hope you been doing better.

    Some things that might help I personally like to go on walks or get a nice run in. They say that Staying active "especially now" since it's winter will really help you keep a positive mind. Not only will it make you feel better physically but will also do it mentally.

    We all have these problems. In the summer my favorite thing to do is go on bike rides really relaxing.

    Something else that helps me that is kind of crazy is doing puzzles haha something that makes me constantly think.

    Taking walks, or simply getting out of the house helps me as well.
