Do you only accept convos on the forums? Can you teamview me or talk to him? He can confirm he didn't do the cape for me and he is gonna make up some excuse. Regardless, I still payed him and he should not block me.

 

Yeah, we only accept the actual conversation. If you have proof of him claiming he didn't do what he was supposed to do, he will be banned.
