CoD Black Ops:2nd Prestige. (has got a 15th Prestige title on it. It might cost to keep it on because not many can get it so It's pretty rare since the glitch is now patched).

Avatar is modded i can reset it back to normal. it has purple skin and white hair. Avatar has some clothes purchased from XBL.
