Also neglected ENTIRELY the evidence above your recent response stating the dates you made the switch to (1) HWID, which ever so clearly shows you I wasnt a "beta tester" who was lucky to have 3 hwids, I was just like any other customer whom bought it when you said $600 for THREE hwid UNLIMITED instances.. which is what was advertised and agreed upon in the first purchase, correcy? Yet had to pay twice?

I think you're misunderstanding the ''entire'' point, the ''entire point'' is that I have terms of service for a reason, to protect myself. I know where stated that you'd have 3hwids for life for $600, I stated you'd have your instances for life, as seen in the ticket, if you read through those Terms-of-service when opening a ticket, you'll see that it clearly states ALL of the terms, that you clearly agreed to, even when sending that extra $600 for more hwids. Im not sure why we are having this conversation tbh, you even have the pm that you agreed to pay it, so to then 2.5 months later come back because you're having a fit, and demand a refund is absolutely absurd to me. As far as pikachu asking me to "REPORT" the message with a link, and me saying done, and you still claiming I havnet done it, just leads me to believe that you are probably just a little bit illiterate, and dont read. No, you purchased lifetime, which again, in the terms of service, states you get 1 hwid (has always been that way)

I gave you 3 hwids for being an early supporter, when the time came and we switched our backend up and stuff, I then gave you 2 options, pay for additional hwids at a very discounted price, or just keep the 1 you paid for.

 

I’ve already submitted screenshots of your original terms of service it says nothing of the sorts, however what you advertised for EVERYONE not just “early supporters” was 3hwids unlimited instances for $600 you then back tracked and upcharged everyone you could.

We have made an agreement for the additional hwids, you agreed to them as well as I did. this was almost 3 months ago at this point, and now you're coming back 3 months later, when you've clearly been active the whole time, asking for a refund, if this was something you didnt agree to, you shouldnt have agreed to it, should have brought it to these sythe admins at the time it happened, if there was a dispute, thats what these guys are for.

So it goes from 1200 to 600 you think I owe you, there are plenty of transcripts/screenshots/ect that you agreed to the price, and you paid it, if you had an issue you with it, should have been resolved back then, or like you said, you havent ran it in at least a month so you've had plenty of time, you got banned from the server and are lashing out. You were given a choice to go to 1 hwid like everybody else(per TOS that you've obviously read more than one time), or pay $600 extra for 4 total hwids(2 for you and 2 for your partner) you agreed, you had me send you a sythe pm to agree, that agreement hasnt changed, only differnece is you've been removed from the discord due to disrespect. i'll state again, that our updates (which happen when runelite/runescape revision updates happen) not 8-10 times a fkn day, idk where you came up with these numbers. But once every 3 weeks or so, and are open sourced at the link I provided earlier.

these are undeniable facts and can easily been proven with transcripts. So you if you’d like to keep typing mile long messages and make me seem like IM wrong than so be it lol, supply the transcripts of the first purchase, and the second.

 

To any mod reading this, his TOS was supplied in my first statement, it doesn’t state a thing about HWIDs being limited to one. Nor can kale honestly sit here and say he didn’t sell lifetimes for $600 3hwids unlimited to the entire public. I already summited he made the change to (1) HWID on May 1st.

there was nothing about hwids other than that he was able to use 3 hwids at the time of purchase but was subject to change at any time, this was not a secret to anybody at any point, which is why the TOS says 1hwid, I allowed 3 hwids when I launched bc our back end wasnt all the way fleshed out. We have now updated it to be easily changeable(hwid and instance limiting) and configurable (which is why we put the announcement out in april that we would be switching to 1hwid) and even offered him a significant discount as the product price went up over 3x what it was originally.

Again tho, if this was a cause for concern in April, when he made the agreement, both in the ticket, and on sythe PM's, dont you think this should have been brought up then and settled? I feel like he's lashing out bc he was banned from the server for bad mouthing, and he gets on here and continues to do it. Personally, I think he should uphold his agreement, just like I have mine. He states that it was bc it was his main source of income at the time, and didnt want to lose it, yet, he also stated that he hasnt used the product in over a month. So, again, he's had over a month to make a report if that really was his cause for concern. He has since (in the last 2 weeks) purchased another plugin package from us, so him stating that he doesnt want to use our products or whatever is a heap of shit. He made this report within hours of getting banned from the server, which again is why I believe he is making the report, we haven't done any wrong doing to him, or anybody else.

 

I purchased a plug in package from Booz not you, that unfortunately had to be ran thru you. So don’t use that as a I’m still supporting you. Lol.

Long story short you sold me 3 HWIDS unlimited instances for $600 and at NO point in that sale did you mention it was subject to change nor was it in your TOS it doesn’t matter how you spin it to make it sound like that wasn’t the sale, that’s how you advertised it for months to EVERYONE. Correct? Correct.

I'm not sure how many other ways I need to prove that. It is amazing you can’t produce any evidence but your word for it. Yet I got receipts and screenshots of nearly everything. Including conversations I had with others MONTHS ago about what you did and how unsavory it/you are.

You can keep trying to float around the idea I’m doing this cuz I was banned from your server and keep saying I’m just upset. But reality is that it was just the final straw that broke the camels back in your crooked ways of operating your business. It’s very clear that with everything I’ve provided you’re in the wrong. This is my last message on the topic.
