My Experience at MmoNice (Usfine)

My MmoNice experience was not a great one at all

I purchased about one million RSgold to check it out a week ago. It has been restocking ever since yesterday and I finally received the gold. Although, they chatted through the public chat saying, "Are you here to buy or sell?" Now I swear I am going to get my account banned Their customer support doesn't seem to be very fluent in English as they couldn't understand me most of the time and neither could I. I read here on Sythe a few weeks ago saying that they were legit, and that they are. They got me the 1m and I am glad of that, but I say it isn't work the possible wait and dangers. I will stick with buying gold on Sythe.

 

How long did it take you to receive the mill? A whole week?

 

Yep. I ordered on the 16th and it got here on the 24th.

Personally I've given up with foreign gold farming sites. Every time I've ordered from ANY of them I've have problems (Bans due to offensive language, threats to tell JaGex that I paid for GP after I complained, ridiculous amounts of time taken to get my GP etc.) and I don't think it's worth it anymore. That's just my opinion though

 

He said that he received the gold and the figure 1000,000M in your signature should be 1,000,000M. Personally if I ever brought gold I would do it on Sythe where they all speak english, it's faster and cheaper.

 

Well I think we can conclude that they have a terrible service.

They're legit and all, It's just you get too many idiots and too many children trying to order from them. They can't understand what you're saying very well, and much less if you bombard them with text and cuss words. The bottom line is that they provide a service and if you are not happy with the way they work their business, then don't order from them.

I have ordered gold from a lot of sites and NEVER had any problems other than an occasional later order. But then again, I have ordered from people on sythe that have taken longer than originally anticipated. I was also respectful and understanding when talking to their representatives. Not only did I receive what I purchased, but more than occasionally I was granted a couple extra mills for being so patient and compliant.

It's all about the attitude and respect you have. Quite frankly, some of you need to grow up and learn how to deal with people before you decide that you are in a position to comment on how someone else behaves or what they do.
