    Thoughts Blurred

Well recently my mood had completely changed, I was feeling more frustrated to say the most, I couldn't process anything. I am usually very precise on my decisions and thoughts and well since I my thoughts have been best described as blurred and unclear. My mindset has completely changed and the disability to not process my own thoughts just frustrates me and I'm begging to get aggressive. I need some help before I do anything stupid, I can already see my self making minor idiotic decisions and I need it to stop. I am limited to seeing physiatrist, or whatever it is in this case because I live in a rural area.

Make sure you have a lot of sleep and take a day off from everything.

Usually there's something in your life that's caused something of this nature. Has there been anything painful going on lately?

I'll admit I do not get enough sleep, but it is because I am so busy with school and there is very little I can do for taking breaks.

No, nothing out of the ordinary has happened.

This SAME exact thing happened to me. My solution was sleep, because I didn't get enough of it due to school. I would make a habit to go to bed early and take a nap with some of my free time. That pretty much solved everything. Hope this helped :)

Sleep deprivation causes a whole list of things.
Get atleast 8 hrs a day and you should feel better.
