    User Services Sub-Forum Descriptor currently says:

    Buy and sell services such as MMing, gold transferring, account training/questing, firecapes/defenders/torsos, and any other services.

    MMing is done in a separate forum, gold transferring should be taken out and maybe add item lending/upgrades.

    RuneScape 2 Guides Sub-Forum Descriptor currently says:

    Buy, sell, or share RuneScape guides, RWT methods, etc.

    RWT methods should be removed.

    Two things
    Gold transferring referred to someone RWTing with their own method while the limit was still there. I guess it's still valid (if someone believes they have a sneaky method that a paranoid person wants to use if they don't want to be banned for transferring rsgp), although very uncommon now.
