    I have just tried to logon and my password is not the same to my MSN or Sythe. After running a virus scan on my computer I found i have been key-logged and am requesting that I can recover my account. The email registered to it is [email protected]. You can compare IP's and they will not be the same.. I am 100% positive my computer is cleaned but now i need my account...

    Hotmail accounts are very vulnerable to theft and we do not consider them substantial proof that you are the owner of the account.

    Let me request that you read the stickies and instead tell me the RECOVERY PHRASE associated with Zaney.
