    Wanted to buy 2 RS upgrades yesterday, went first and after i traded gold so i could get the pins i'm assuming he blocked me on MSN and he hasn't responded to my PM's.

    By just messaged me, he meant messaged in-game. i haven't received any pins/upgrades from him.
