I'm really confused =/

Well, my friend chucked me his old acc because it was banned like 6 years back. I gave it a appeal and it was denied, just what I suspected it would do. The weird thing came when I checked it's inbox. After the appeal was denied I got a message from Jagex:






Or was the account unbanned then banned back again? Any suggestions about what happened? I'm clueless tbh. The message was given the same day but after the appeal was looked at.

They sent in the appeal.

Jagex replied and denied.

But they said that they re-looked over the appeal and changed the offence status. Jagex doesn't send messages to you if your account stays banned (Well, I haven't received one before).

Exact same thing happened to me.. sent in an appeal, got that same message, thought awesome i must be unbanned! Went to offences and everything was still the same

 

But they had re-looked over the account. Whatever, I've just never got that before after a appeal. It's probably newish.

 

That's the message u get when they deny the appeal.. I got that message twice

check your account credit. they might say check your account for the payment you could make to get it unbanned

 

I'm pretty sure the "change in your account status" was just the appeal getting denied.
