[Warning!] PHISHING SCAM GOING AROUND SYTHE!! - Pictures inside!

I HAVE POSTED THIS SO YOU DO NOT GET PHISHED BY THE DUMB FUCKING RETARD WHO IS TRYING TO PHISH PEOPLES ACCOUNTS!

i got a message from jagex sent to the email i use for sythe... the thing is I HAVE NOT MADE A RUNESCAPE ACCOUNT USING THIS EMAIL so wtf? lmfao. This was only sent to me after advertising to sell my account - so they obviously wanted the account i was selling; so i investigated this as something wasn't quite right.


This looks very believable until i realised this, then having clicked the link and putting "Fuck You Assholes" as the username, it continued to my destination.

I have highlighted in red these things i noticed -do not get phished! notice how the website says Runescnpe instead of Runescape?!

 

yeah when I recieved the email for the first time I was like WTF ? ( i had 1b+ on this acc ) but I realized it was phishing

 

keep this bumped to the top so nobody falls for it

 

Oh my god.. Thanks so much for posting this i recently lost a little money on some trash account. Ive received so many of these emails not even funny..

 

i nearly typed in my acc details until i investigated it lol - but no problem

 

I've had about 10, first one looked legit, until i saw the website address.

well jagex always say "We Will ONLY contact you via your in-game inbox" so they would never email anyone

it looks really legit if you're viewin emails from an iPod, but it goes straight to junk mail on PC.
