I'm Looking to Start an RS private server! -Will Need Help!

I've always been interested in RS private servers, and now I want to make one.

I'm looking for someone who has some experience in it.

As I'm still somewhat a noob in creating RS servers. (I know how they somewhat work, but eh)

If you've made a functional RS private server before, and you're looking to make a booming one with PROFIT!

Just a quick explanation..I'm serious about this. If you come and apply to be an Admin or Mod, you must also be serious about it. That means helping when help is needed, and knowing what needs to be done.

I also wont be picking admins / mods until just about everything is up.

I'm a small time GFX artist so I will do some art for the forums / website.
