    Briefly explain the trade: He agreed and accepted my money for a firecape service
    How they scammed: I paid him for a service, a disagreement occurred over msn and now I am blocked

    Extra info: He can confirm that he did not do the cape but may come up with some strange excuse which is still not acceptable because he stole my $20.
