Briefly explain the trade: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1040623 - He was claiming to be selling 'upgrades' at $7USD each. I sent the money, through paypal, and he did not respond/upgrade the account.
How they scammed: Did not upgrade the account, as promised.

He immediately backed out in a trade where I was brought in to MM as well. I feel this justifies a ban.
