no, I am not going to post a scam report on this.
As I don't know who he is.

Trade was done on Dec 23rd, as the pic shows.
He did unauthorized dispute of 83$.

2 months to do a dispute, obviously he did authorize it or it would have been disputed WAY sooner.

That is most probably a fake name. This kid used to scam runescape accounts back in 2005 on old petition sites saying stuff like "free runescape hacks". To be perfectly honest, I think he may even be over 18 which is really fucking sad.
