Paypal question

I know theres alot of scams going on and alot of them are happening on paypal.
So my question is if someone has bought an acc from me and sent me idk $50 for it and i take that money and put it in my bank account since am verified (Recently verifed my paypal acc) if he some how disputes it and gets his money back will my account get -$50 ? or will it draw it automaticly from my bank account wich is attached to my paypal account since am verified. Will it draw funds from my bank account if my paypal account is - in cash?

 

You're paypal will be -$50, and if you don't pay it, Paypal will be on your ass.

 

From paypal user agreement:

20.11. If you owe us or our Related Bodies Corporate any amounts, for example for any Fees or a reversal, and you are not eligible for the PayPal Seller Protection Policy (where applicable), you agree to allow us to recover these amounts by debiting your Account.

20.12. If there are insufficient funds in your Account to cover any money you owe us or our Related Bodies Corporate, these amounts become immediately due and payable. You authorise us to and we reserve our rights to collect any money you owe us or our Related Bodies Corporate as notified to you by:

1. debiting your Account at a later date;
2. debiting your selected Funding Source the next time you make a payment;
3. set off against the balance of any other Account you have with us or against any money we owe you; or
4. any other legal means.

So in short, it looks like they can't just take money from your bank account, but will take extra from your account next time you make a payment, to cover the negative.

They will harass you until you pay them, starts off with phone calls.

 

just dont do paypal trades simple... everyone is just not on your side lol ... a buyer can just refun his money.... paypal will charge fees lol ..... too risky mate WESTERN UNION OWNS

 

They won't take any legal actions unless you owe the a big amount, they not going to bother if it's just $50 but you won't be able to use PayPal again until you pay them back.

 

Also there is a certain rate per-month that will be added on to it for not being paid.

 

Alright i think i get it my account will be - and they wont take money from my bank account if it is verifed on my paypal acc?

And if - and the dude takes back his $50 and my account is - cant i just make a new paypal acc easy just a diffrent email ? in that case i can still use paypal. If someone scams me i give 50mil he pays $50 he takes back and i have moved my cash to my bank i simply make new acc then to avoid paying for something ive already payed for a security measure to keep my money safe from take backs.

could that -1 be payed tru your bank account if attached to your paypal acc (verified) if ofc he gets his refund.
