Yeah i think i would do it , cause there are ~7billion people on earth, 1 less doesn't make a difference.

 

What if that person was your mother. Or even more severe, yourself.

 

My answer is no. This would be the highest act of greed. Ending someones life for monetary gain? The blood is entirely on your hands. I know I for one would never be able to live with myself knowing someones Son/Daughter, Mother/Father, lover, or friend died so i can be happy. No way.

No. I would simply destroy the button however I can, to prevent any misuse. As for justifying my answer, everyone deserves a chance to fully live out their lives, and taking their lifespan also means taking away their chance for repentance for all the wrong that they've done.

But what if you do press the button and it kills someone such a murderer, or a rapist? I'd press it if I knew it would kill a piece of shit.

At any rate, i probably wouldn't do it. Can imagine the guilt of having killed someone over greed for the rest of my life.

I would never, ever press the button. I believe that playing God isn't right, and really- I'd rather earn my own money than lose my conscience forever. I'd forever be haunted by the idea that somebody died due to my greed.

No, I wouldn't do it. I think we live in a pretty sad society if money is valued more than a human life. Even if I never found out who it was I killed, I'd have a hard time sleeping at night.

But it would depend on how many people were aloud to press it. If all of us had the oppurtunity, A lot of people would do it, as you said at the start of the post, 48% of people would do it. So that would leave a lot of us vulnerable as well. It also depends on your religious thoughts as well, or if you believe in Karma.
But, my excitement of the possibility of a million dollars would definately thrive.

 

Its easy to say Yes or No when your just discussing it. Would take alot more thought if the situation were to come.
