    Considering Jagex made a thread practically for this exact thing, i dont think it will matter. but eh.

    sumbitted something for a friend about 2 weeks ago. got a response and it said that they are sorry for the inconvenience (bullshit)

    so we werent able to recover his 134 :( but amma try it again anyways, who knows maybe the next mod will be nicer.

    overall 10/10 guide, really helpfull

    Jagex Mods have this thread for everyon who has permenantly baned accounts, you must post your username there for a change to get it back. If Jagex decides to give you your account back they will send an ingame message if not you will not be contacted.

    Jagex now has a thread in which you can request your permanently banned account to be reinstated for a fixed price, there is no need to send the parent email anymore unless necessary, Very nice guide none the less :)
