way to change/hide IP while botting NO VPS

hey i am unsure if i can post this if not please remove it.

i was looking for a way to change/hide my IP while i bot on my computer. please no hotspot or something as i hear it doesnt work. thanks for anyone who can throw some things out there.

 

Not an easy task if you use a static, non dynamic ip. You'll probably need special for-pay software if unless you have a bot like RID (in which case proxies would suffice).

 

i have a dynamic IP adress and using rsbots client

 

RS doesn't conduct bans due to previous account ban history linked to the same IP. Don't worry about it; if it's for botting a large amount of accounts, I bot 8 accounts or so on the same IP (VPS) and none of the accounts have been banned.

 

VPS i believe have precautions in them making it less likely but a home IP might have different effects with jagex's system or some BS like that

 

Isn't this what unsigned is for?

 

is it? i wasnt sure if it actually made it so jagex couldnt link the accounts with another one. i knew it could be used to log into the same world more then once easily.

 

Don't worry about it. They don't IP ban.

 

Go to CMD prompt.
Type in"ipconfig /release" (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).
Type "ipconfig /renew" (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).

 

Jagex will roll accounts on the same ip including accounts that were not involved in the goldfarming process (brothers, friends, mains that never came in contact)... there are several examples that can be found in this forum alone.

An IP change can be done through proxies but can result in your PING increasing quite a bit.

 

I change my IP periodically using the cmd method someone mentioned before and it works fine for me

 

assuming this works i can then jsut do this before logging on to any of my main account and then again when i wanna bit and it will continue to give different IPS?

 

Wont really help, even if you have dynamic IP. The hostname will still be same.


You should try Proxifier - find a SOCKS 4/5 proxy, its easy.

 

Really? I've yet to see a thread with someone's account getting banned because of being linked to an IP of a banned account. Mind pointing me out some?

OT: If you're using the Nexus client, unsigned hides your IP; however, it can be much slower unless you have an excellent computer. Otherwise, I am not sure. From my own experience, I have botted about six accounts so far with one being banned (all on the same IP), and the others have not been banned yet.

 

I dont see why you would need an excellent computer?

 

Because it's very slow.

 

Since when does ping affect your computer speed?

 

It's just generally slow in loading and FPS, as well as ping.

 

Using an unsigned client doesn't hide your ip. I've got a few bots all running on signed and have never been banned. I know people who run 10+bots all signed and havent been banned.

 

Shitty program then. Might aswell use Proxifier or another tool..
